DWA was appointed by an investor in Saudi Arabia to develop a Strategic Plan for a new shipping company.

The conceptual idea of the proposed shipping company is to focus on the investment capability of investors in Saudi Arabia on the shipping market; more specifically on shipping oil, petrochemicals or natural gas.

This involved;

	understanding of the market that the company will address
	define the operating strategy of the company
	make an assessment of the performance of the company over the first three years
	outline an action plan for the creation of the company
