Seaport developed a feasibility study to establish how to build a dedicated terminal and landside connectivity to the mine in order to avoid any possible interference with local traffic on the nearby road system.
Seaport conducted site inspections and road infrastructure assessments; preliminary engineering evaluation with respect to design options. Hydrographic, geotechnical and other surveys in support of developing access to a dedicated terminal for the mine. Their logistics requirements were evaluated and presented with recommendations for supporting infrastructure development and an action plan prepared to develop the terminal.
