Carolyn is an educator who has developed an understanding of personality and learning dynamics. She has nearly twenty years experience of developing curriculum and course material for a wide range of age groups. She is a qualified counsellor for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator personality profiling system and developing a detailed understanding of the approach in support of team building and change management.
She has been involved in the creation of three education institutions from their inception. For two years she provided support to a grass roots review of the Singapore education system. This involved a study of best practice and extensive stakeholder dialogue. Many of the recommendations developed through this work have since been adopted. Carolyn has also been involved in establishing and trials of community programs for the Singapore Science Centre.
