NSW Ports the purchaser of a 99-year concession to operate and develop the Port of Botany Bay (Containers) and Port Kembla (Coal) in New South Wales Ports retained DWA to set up a treasury function. Having put together a debt facility of A$ 5 billion the company had a need to establish the capability to manage the covenants, develop a hedging and swap strategy and an appropriate refinance strategy this was sub contracted to DWA who developed the appropriate processes and capability within the company. DWA also provided staff training and mentored the staff as they developed into their new roles.
