DWA believes that a key element in improving the quality and capability of marine infrastructure is the provision of education and training to managers, investors, Government and other stakeholders.
We have developed a range of training courses and workshops that address key issues in the development and operation of marine infrastructure and in particular ports & terminals. Some of the training materials we have developed can be access through the papers and presentations section of this web site. However, most training needs to be developed to focus on the learning requirements of those attending. DWA has developed bespoke training for ports and terminals from Asia and Australia to the Middle East and from Europe to the USA.
The company has also pioneered mentoring and psychometric testing techniques to design and developed team building and personal development programs for managers in the port and terminal sector.
